The advantage to the beefed up tread on this tire is that it looks to be holding up much better than the original tires My daughter wore a hole through the original tire on her princess bike. It was surprisingly hard to find a replacement in stores, particularly in white. This tire matched the color of the front tire very well, and while the tread is significantly different, my daughter doesn’t seem to mind.The advantage to the beefed up tread on this tire is that it looks to be holding up much better than the original tires. is the low price <$5 due to a bad lot? i knew something was wrong with these white tires the moment i unfolded them.they appeared to be deformed with a misshapen section.i’ve used the black ones of these same size many times before without issue.the first tire gave a bulge when inflated, removing it showed it had a crack on the inside casing along the bead. the second one was not cracked, but would not seat properly on the rim, always a low spot on one side or the other. after many attempts of slowly adding air…
