I bought two of these chain tools thinking they were like the old cheap and simple English made ones that seemed to go on working forever. Boy was I wrong! Both of these units had the threads cut into the block way too large for the threaded shafts that work with them, making the main push pin shaft loose in the threads. This results in the push pin not making centered contact on the chain pin but wavering all over the place. Also, the chain-holding blocks were a bit too big for a standard…
