Bearings are better than adequate, not so sure about the seals.
I used this to replace the bb in my 1983 Schwinn Predator. It worked perfectly, but the “sealed” mechanism is and it isn’t. It’s the same as a basic non sealed bb, but they added this plastic grommet the goes between the bearing ring and the rest of the assembly. It works to an extent, but note the after time and friction that grommet will wear out and start to protrude from the assembly. You’ll have to replace it at that point. I’ve been using mine for six months and I have not had to…
