Good Can Holder Has 3 velcro straps of differing lengths. I think the long strap is for cinching your container tight in the holder, or for looping over top to keep a container from popping out. All of the conventional mounting points for a regular bottle holder are occupied on her bike, so we tried this. Additionally, she has a re-usable stainless steel drink bottle she likes to use, and it does not fit great in a regular bike bottle holder (and it rattles, which drives me nuts).
