Great shoes but no protection for feet. I usually buy wide 12s or normal 13s to fit comfortably. The 12.5 fit like a glove. I’d say these run a bit small, considering a 12 wouldn’t likely fit the length of my foot. The heel and overall shoe is narrow in comparison to something like a Nike RN shoe.Active usage, I’ve worn them to the gym, flat land biking, and at work (climbing equipment and jumping off 5-7ft).
