Definitely worth giving a shot! i figured, for $10 … worth a shot. i really like them. i’m just a casual rider, but they definitely help me feel more “secure” on the pedal, especially if i’m standing up or pedaling really hard. i wear about an 11.5 size shoe. no issues quickly slipping out of them, which was a concern for me. i don’t feel like i’m ever going to fall over with my feet stuck on the pedal. i’m not sure if it’s really giving me any advantage on the upstroke, but i’ll worry about that stuff as i…

Updating this a year and a half later. These clips are still going strong. I bought these not knowing what to expect. I had bought a different brand of strapless clips that actually cost more and they did not last very well. These are very nice and they are easy to get my shoe into them, and most importantly, they stay on the pedal. That more expensive brand didn’t last fhru the first ride.
