It helps but not as much as I was hoping for. I’m basing this review off of my experience with the brace helping me recover from a separated should (AC tear), and I found it to be moderately helpful but far from game-changing in helping me heal.I found that I was not able to wear it all the time, as the neoprene will make you sweat something fierce after about half an hour.
