Please read… The rubber thingies that hold the bike are very flimsy, and are almost sure to eventually fail if you install it as shown in the picture, with one arm higher than the other. When you do that, the perpendicular angle of the bike’s horizontal bar pushes/bends the rubber holder to the side.
