I returned these because I didn’t pay attention and thought they mounted into the the gear track by gladiator instead of the ceiling. It will work for it’s intended use and I have lots of gladiator products so you can’t go wrong. however if you are going to mount a bike the the ceiling you might as well just buy something like this:…
