Goodyear Self-Sealing Bicycle Tube, 700c x 35/43c

I don’t want to waste more time returning this and waiting for a new … Really frustrating. I bought two tubes and installed them. One filled with air and the other does not, as if the valve stem is blocked. I have a large compressor, and no amount of pressure or tinkering has helped. I want to ride my bike.
