Exceptional Quality This is a heavy duty rack that is very well designed and fabricated. It holds our two 65lb. electric bikes (130 lb total) without any signs of being over-loaded.Took me about 20 minutes to assemble. Hardly needed the instruction as the assembly was intuitive, and all of the parts and fasteners fit exactly as they should have without the need for any hammers, files or drills (Thank-you Hollywood !) The BEST rack for heavier Ebikes With some of the older reviewers complaining about how difficult it was to assemble, claiming hours to assemble, I hesitated to buy and continued to shop, but finding nothing I liked better. However those concerns were for nothing. Hollywood has apparently improved the design in the last couple years. It took me about 20min to assemble, from the first cut of the box to the rack ready to plug into the receiver. The tire loops slide very easily to adjust for different bikes, so no worries on…
