I am disappointed that money had to be spent though to fix a brand new bike! I bought this bike for my grandsons 10th birthday. I had it shipped straight to him, so I haven’t seen it in person yet. My daughter said it was easy to assemble, except the brakes. She asked her neighbor to help her with that, & he said they were a mess & he couldn’t figure them out & he’s experienced with bike assembly. She ended up taking it to a bike shop & paying to have them put on. She never asked if the parts were faulty, or if she and her neighbor were doing something wrong, so I won’t…
