Kinetic Road Machine 2.0 Some reviewers state this trainer is loud, others say quiet. Fact is the Kinetic Road Machine 2.0 is much quieter than previous trainers I’ve rode but it’s not quiet. I’m able to watch TV but with the volume turned up more than normal. It’s not so loud to wake up everyone in the house. It does have a realistic road feel but I find the trainer more difficult than riding the road. As an example, on the road I am able to maintain a 20 mph average speed over a 20 mile relatively flat course…
Great trainer to avoid winter weight gain and gym memberships. I can’t even believe how well this kinetic trainer has worked out! It’s saving me this winter for sure. I was between getting a gym membership or this trainer. I don’t minding getting out for a walk/hike in cold weather, but a bike ride below 40F is just not my thing. I went with the cadillac of cycle trainers, because I wanted this to be a long term use investment.I’ve been using this daily since November and it is a dream! I currently have it on tile with their turntable riser…
