Excellent chain affordable easy to install. Excellent Bike chain, totally worked for my bike. The first one I bought I made couple of mistakes so I ended up buying another one and that worked out. While it is not advised when cutting a chain to reuse the riveting pins that are already on the chain. I have reused the rivets and have had no problems at all. What I do is before reinstalling another part of the chain, I put a drop of oil on the chain rivet, clean up the excess, then using a chain tool I carefully replace and push the rivet…
The master link included worked very well. Seems like very good quality. Mine is still in the box in my “bikes and stuff” drawer in the garage. Probably will be there when I die. I bought it cause it was the cheapest way to get ONE master link that I needed to service my son’s bike. Okay, maybe not the cheapest, but I wasn’t gonna spend all evening on Amazon trying to save a couple bucks – and I needed it in two days.AND I sure as HECK wasn’t gonna leave my house to go *out there*, waste a bunch of gas driving…
