Total Disappoint and Customer Service was Worse I purchased this tire to replace the OEM tire that came with my high end mountain bike. The reviews looked good, and the price was right. Tire performed great for 3 rides of about 15miles on hard pack fire roads. On the 4th ride, tire exploded on me. It tore just slightly above the bead. I quickly contacted Maxxis for help. EXCELLENT TIRES!! Ive had these tires for about 7 months now, and i can honestly say they’re the best tires i have ever ridden, EVER. Ive ridden all sorts of tires, Conti’s, Vittorias, Kenda, and even other maxxis tires, and don’t get me wrong they’re all great tires, but i believe if you’re looking for a tires with massive lugs and huge sidewall grip, these are superior.
