Excellent customer service The bags themselves are only worthy of 4 stars – they are roomy but made of a really light and flimsy feeling material. The panniers have a plastic backing plate in them, but because the corners aren’t box stitched or even double stitched I do not expect them to last for any heavy use. I needed just a bit more room. I purchased this set of panniers for a weekend solo bike camping trip. While the trio functions just great, I found that still could not fit all my gear in here — tent, poles, rainfly, food, cooking fuel, backpacker stove, fuel, and a change of clothes. I had this set packed to the gills after going through 2 rounds of pruning out the non-essentials.
