However, this tire continues to take abuse and come out absolutely unscathed. In over 1 and a half years of daily commutes, I haven’t gotten a *single* flat. Much easier to mount than expected I bought a 20×1.75 Schwalbe Marathon Plus tire for my new recumbent trike. After reading all of the reviews, I was expecting a struggle to mount it. It actually only took me a few minutes with no tools, just my not-so-strong bare hands. The tire also didn’t feel as heavy as I expected, although that may be due to the smallish size.
