Not the Best, but Good for the Novice Rider I’m 5 ‘4 and this bike is the right size. The bike assembly is not for a novice and took about 4 hours to put together because the instructions in the booklet enclosed are not very good and are not specific to the bike. I’m sure if you take it to a bike shop it would solve that problem. My husband had to play with the brakes to get them to work properly.Also, I did not realize that when the description says 16″ the length is from the handle bars to the bottom of the bike…
