Life saver I bought this helmet back in October. I am not an avid bike rider, but my friend and I try to go every Friday morning. I have to say this thing probably saved my life yesterday! I had a collision with a deer- yes a deer and I got banged up pretty good- the helmet only suffered minimal damage- a crack in the front and the visor was torn off- but the EMT’s were certain I could have had some serious brain injuries had I not been wearing it.- So bottom line- for the price- this helmet did its job…
Cheap, looks good, and will prevent head injury I’m definitely a road cyclist, so I pulled off the visor and put black reflective tape all along the top and sides. You can’t really see the tape unless there is light directly on it, which I think is pretty cool.It fits well with the adjustable wheel thing on the back. Easy to dial in a comfortable fit.I wrecked while wearing this, and smacked my head hard on the pavement. The helmet took the hit and I kept riding. Easily could have had a concussion, serious road rash…
