These oem pulley wheels were the replacement for my older xtr 952 and 960 rear derailluers. A service tech at shimano told me these were the ones to get. They worked like a charm and were easy to replace. The guide pulley has some lateral float and is designed to offer quiet chain alignment even if your index shifting is not exact. Pulleys have direction arrows (face out when looking at rd from right side of bike) to help you figure out which one is which. I still can’t believe how much…
