Excellent and easy to deal with. All the extra parts were included. The brake shoes were very easy to position, toe in, and tighten. I like long brake shoes since the leverage makes it easy to prevent unwanted rotation during final tightening. The brakes were easy to install, adjust, and use. I wish I had bought these years ago! They install quite simply and easily and work so much better that the old cantilever brakes that they replaced! I’ve been spending about $10 a year replacing the brake shoes on the front of my bike, not to mention how difficult it is to adjust the new pads to work evenly and not squeal, for only $5 more you get a far better brake system that is a breeze to adjust the pads!
