In my experience, this is a very nice, comfort seat for road work. I’m a 65-year-old male. I have a high quality racing bike that I ride every other day for about 20 miles at an 18 Mph pace, with a 30 or 40 mile ride once every couple of weeks – at least whenever the weather allows.
