Thule has AMAZING customer service. Our existing carrier, not a Thule, was too long for our newer vehicle and we were unable to open the rear gate fully without making contact with the window. Because the hatch would not fully open it was easy to hit your head (ouch!). This new Thule Cargo carrier is wider, a bit deeper, opens from either side, and fits the vehicle much better. We can now open the hatch fully and still walk under it. The color, silver gray on top, absorbs less heat than our previous black carrier.What…
