We like the seat, but if you lose your key as I did, both Yepp and Thule are completely unresponsive after multiple calls and emails over the course of a few months. You simply cannot get a replacement key (though Yepp online says you can in their frequently asked questions). Worth the price I finally gave in to spend the extra money on this seat and it was so worth it. It’s built very well the seat is comfortable for my almost three year old with more room to grow. I have the wee ride kangaroo which he grew out of way before the suggested age and an instep take2 bike trailer which he liked but he would get too hot in. Wish I had bought the yepp maxi seat before the others. It was very easy to put on my bike and I like the safety feature of the key not locking it it’s not locked in…
