Good for ONE flight i used this on a trip from Maryland to California. It flew both ways. i was able to fit a Specialized Stumpjumper 2016 17″ frame with 29″ wheels in it with tools and extra parts. One this to note is that there are NO PADDINGS at all. A good case for secure transport I use this to transport my carbon frame road bike from Maine to Florida several times a year and it works well. My 58 cm road bike just fits with normal disassembling of the bike. In this way, the bike is protected from cars running into it if it hung off the back on a rack and the cross-bar does not suffer the stress of traveling while handing on the rack for 1500 miles at a time.
