This is a pretty nice cargo carrier that arrived well-packaged and was easy to put together. It took about 30 minutes, mainly because I tried using the included disposable wrenches they included. If I had used my own socket set or drill sockets, it probably would have taken five minutes. I almost had to do that anyway because both of the wrenches provided bent and became unusable. The AmazonBasics Hitch Cargo Carrier is well made and very solid. The tongue which fits into the vehicle receiver is made from 1/4″ steel which is very strong. The welds on the baskets overall appear very good.I had thought about giving this unit 4 stars because of the distance the carrier is from the back bumper of the truck.
