I almost didn’t buy this because the the photos make it look like cheap plastic, but it is very solid and nice tool.- as people said you do need an allen wrench to get it to 5.5 or 6 NM- the click/release is NOT subtle, it’s great- for a carbon frame it covers most stuff youd do at home (steerer, stem, seat) but it doesn’t go above 6 NM for derailleur etc (it doesn’t claim to)- the cap is loose, i’ll probably put some nail…
Park is develops its tools with such depth, of … it is expensive, but it is worth it. it is a must-have if you are going to do any precision work on your bike, or just replace the cables. the last time I replaced the cables, I made the mistake of overlooking a torque wrench, and the cables were ruined at the end, which in that case was a horrible mistake because it was jagwire (the expensive stuff) which I not only had to look at and cringe but deal with when it failed from being over tightened. id say spend the money, it might not seem like…
