Overall the 2-Bike cargo basket measures 47″L x 61.25″W including the 2″ hitch receiver, with 9.5″ clearance distance from the hitch pin hole to the folding gusset – Includes threaded hitch bolt. The bicycle rack extension supports 1-3 bikes on blue rubber cradles and attached Velcro tie-down straps. Made with heavy duty steel construction, finished in a thick black paint coat for long lasting durability.

Great carrier. Wish I could use a standard hitch pin. Used it twice already, and love it. Took it off-roading in the sand dunes (to get to our camping spot) and it didn’t rattle or anything. Very sturdy feeling and it fold up nicely to the car when not in use. I’ll admit the fact that the only option to mount to the reciever is to use the threaded bolt it comes with, you can’t use a hitch pin if you wanted. Good for security I guess, just don’t lose that bolt and bring your GIGANTIC socket with you in case you need to remove it while camping…
BIGGER than we imagined, WELL-BUILT, best VALUE for the price!
