This is the one you want. Bought this bike for our daughter’s 5th birthday. She was getting awkwardly tall for her 12″ bike so it was time to move her up to the 16″. It’s the right kind of purple/pink/girl decor without being too overboard girly, and I didn’t like the bikes that had rapidly aging cartoon themes like Frozen. Used brake pads We bought this bike for my 5 year old. She loves it! I had a local bike shop check the assembly and tighten any loose connections, and they showed me that the brake pads for the front wheels were very used. You may be able to see in photos that they don’t tightly clamp down on the wheel when the hand brake is applied.
