GREAT workout for casual riders + easy setup I’m writing this review after 2 weeks of using this bike trainer. Great light-weight trainer I purchased this for my wife’s Trek hybrid (likely a 10-15 year old bike). Set up was very easy and I had the bike on the stand and ready to use in about 15 min. This is not noisy as some reviewers have stated, it is likely that they had knobby tires or were using it on carpet, my wife’s bike has smooth tires designed for commuting. Better than I expected I bought this trainer for my wife, and guess who’s using it? I’ve used it about an half dozen times now and let me tell you, I love it!! I’m not a full on road biker (helmet, gloves, cool shades, stetchy pants, etc.) but I do ride on occasion for work out purposes.
