Only mount to the handlebar stem. This product fits normal stems with a diameter of 20-28 mm (0.78-1.10″) and ahead stems with a diameter of 28.6 mm (1 ⅛”).

Loved the idea, but it didn’t work well for us. This bike seat did not work well for me. I’m 5′ 4″ and ride a hybrid style bike. I had a tough time getting off and on the bike, to the point where I was nervous that if I had to stop suddenly, we would probably fall over. My knees hit the seat with each pedal, too.
