Wald Bike Baskets…this is the right size for me. I wanted a bike basket that was sturdier than a handlebar-only style, for my wife’s beach cruiser I am rehabbing. Did the research and decided on the Wald 139. Price was right, size looked right and I could get it quick. One problem. The basket weave is too wide on the bottom. EASY TO INSTALL EVEN FOR THOSE OF US WHO AREN’T MECHANICALLY INCLINED! I just finished installing my new basket on my bike! It was pretty easy to do and I’m NOT mechanically inclined by any means. It did take me awhile to get it on because I was just using an adjustable wrench and I was in no particular hurry…so I took my time.
