Great solid bike racks and good customer service. I am a complete bike junkie – I ride road, mountain, have 2 tandems and kids who ride and my entire garage is devoted to bikes. I have an expensive carbon road bike and and nice mountain bike and they fit well I was a little intimidated when it came in a box with no instructions…I was ready to go into a panic until I played with it and it was very intuitive, except for the extra bolts. I pulled up the website and figured out what the extra bolts were for in a flash. I put it together in my family room and carried it into my garage.
