Great tires Bought two of these to to replace the tires that were worn out and had a hole in one. Definitely worth the buy. They have the perfect amount of directional tread for riding on pavement dry and wet respectively, or compact dirt. I got the Kevlar ones, can’t really tell how much better they are than the regular ones but hopefully they’re more puncture proof.Pros:â¢Cheaper than othersâ¢Installs easily (with tire levers)Cons:â¢the look of the tires don’t look good…
Good compromise for mostly street riding. I am a bike mechanic. I have had plenty of nice expensive tires to compare this. The tire it replaced is a Vee Rubber Speedster that had a casing problem, and started to get “squirmy.” I needed something immediately for my commuter, so I bought this, and it has been on my bike ever since. In the mean time Vee Rubber sent me a warranty replacement for the bad tire, but as of now it is still in the box because I haven’t seen a reason to swap the Bell tire. It is heavy, and that could…
