If you need more than water … this stuff is GREAT! I have used Scratch for quite a while, excellent product, but doesn’t mix real well unless you use warm water. I gave this CLIF a shot as I use a lot of their products and find them to be excellent. I can’t say that this is “better” than Scratch as an electrolyte hydration drink but I can tell you it works well and is easier to mix. I ride 300-500 km/week in Southeast Texas and a lot of those are 100km+ rides, it is HOT and HUMID here, I’ve had occasional problems with leg cramps in…
