Great bike. Just hope you don’t have to deal with a return… Purchased this so I can burn some calories while playing video games. Assembly wasn’t too difficult and took maybe 2 hours. For the first 3 days everything was peachy. Bike ran smooth, I burned some calories and made some progress in Dragonage. Around day 4 I could hear a small metallic noise rattling around inside the gear shell and would get an occasional vibration when pedalling. Okay bike – DOWNGRADED. 7/27/15 update: the control unit has begun having wacky problems, it thinks the level has been increased or decreased but the actual resistance stays the same, and eventually it starts beeping and blinking “Err.” Unplugging the unit and re-connecting it temporarily fixes the problem; I’ll post how the company responds to my request for assistance.
