Provides a good workout, portable, GREAT price! This laid on my floor, out of the box for 3 days. Yes, 3 days. I’m not sure why this looked like such a daunting task to put together, but it was. It arrived in good condition, shipped well & protected but all the pieces were a lot to figure out. So it sat. Not the best The stride is very short. Not good for long legs, and that’s coming from someone who is only 5’4… The quality of the machine materials itself is fine. Mine didn’t come with any cracks in the plastic and all parts were accounted for. It’s a bit noisey and difficult to level. There’re instructions on how to level it and how to adjust the machine to minimize clicking sounds, etc., however, the recommended adjustments that I’ve made are not helping… Also, the knob that increases resistance…
