My 9 yr old daughter barely spent any time on … The construction is “thin”. The forks aren’t that heavy duty but that isn’t the problem. The problem with the unicycle is the seat post and the “lock”. On a normal bicycle the clamp that holds the seat post in is a separate item. This one is welded on to the forks. There is a pressure quick release on the fork clamp that is used to hold the seat but it doesn’t work. The seat constantly rotates and slips down into the forks. Very good beginner’s unicycle. I learned very quickly using this product despite it’s flaws. The materials aren’t great and components keep coming loose and needing to be tightened. Additionally, I am 5’10” and the seat post doesn’t reach high enough, this is definitely geared toward children and shorter people. The tire tread wore away quickly and the seat adjuster doesn’t stay tight. All that being said, it’s a lower end, $50 unicycle so you get what you pay for. Worth spending the money…
